How will you post my order?

I will use Royal Mail, I can send a tracking number if requested. I will normally post within a day and it should arrive with you in 48 hours.

Where do I pick up my order if I have requested local pick up?

The collection address is 67 Moor Lane, SK9 6BQ. I will let you know when your order is ready, and you can come along and get it.

Where do you source your products from?

I'm always on the look out for lovely things, I'm in touch with lots of other artisan makers and I do get some from large wholesalers. I'm really happy to hear your recommendations if you know someone who makes gorgeous things.

If I'm also buying something from LJ Natural, can you post them together?

Yes of course! If you are placing an order with my skincare business, and you are already paying postage, I can add anything you are ordering here too; just get in touch with me if you need help or clarification.

I want to send something directly to my friend as a gift

Great, I can absolutely help with that - just tell me it's a gift and when it needs to arrive. I will wrap it up and handwrite a card or note to go in with the items you choose.
